Please ensure a dedicated area is prepared on a level, solid surface with adequate lighting for evening events. For safety and equipment integrity, setups must be on concrete or asphalt in a shaded area; accommodations on grass or dirt surfaces are fine as long as it is level. Our professional staff arrives 10 to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for setup. Expect a confirmation contact 24 to 48 hours beforehand.
